• How do I place an order?

    To place an order, fill out this form and send it to us via the e-mail feature or to orders@imedical.de

    You can send your order to us by fax (+49 621 48 44 9020) or over the phone (+49 621 48 44 900) Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • What information do I have to provide with my order?

    • Shipping address
    • Billing address
    • Customer number (if applicable)
    • VAT number (if applicable)
    • Complete model name and specification of the dioptre

     

    If delivery of your order is urgent, please let us know.

    i-Medical® will do everything to ensure that your order is shipped as soon as possible.

  • How long does delivery normally take?

    Once your order is received by our Customer Service Department, we try to deliver it within 24 hours, if the product is in stock.
    If the product is not in stock, please allow four to six weeks for shipping.   

    For international orders (outside of the EU), processing time depends on the size of the order, as well as administrative and documentation requirements.

    i-Medical® will always do everything to ensure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible.

  • How can I find out what intraocular lenses are in stock?

    We know that some customers prefer to place their orders based on what we have in stock. Due to the high turnover of our stock, we recommend that you call our i-Medical® Customer Service Team at + 49 (0) 621 48 44 900 or send us an e-mail to orders@imedical.de.
